The staff were extremely friendly and the room, despite being small in size, was always clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay plus extras like complimentary lemon water, cakes and toiletries. The hotel is in a quiet location, very close to local tube stations and staff were always helpful with directions or booking taxis.

We loved that this was far enough from the Eiffel Tower that we missed most of the big tours. We also loved that there was so much to see very close to our hotel, and not only did we feel very safe at all hours walking here, but we also truly loved the artisan shops in this area. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable with an outstanding breakfast.

We were only in Paris for a few days and we chose the right spot to spend our valuable time. This little gem located on a sloppy hill of Montmartre is simply adorable. The decor in the lobby and throughout the property is remarkable. We asked for a room that had a view and they exceeded our expectations! We were able to see the magnificent sights of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, from the adorable balcony. Montmartre’s lovely restaurants, cafes, and major tourist attractions are all within walking distance. We are grateful to the housekeeper who cleaned the room spotless and hand delivered our toiletries. Hanafi has gone above and beyond to store our luggage and provide us with delicious welcome pastries during check-in. Adriana deserves our thanks for putting up with our antics and suggesting the bus ride to the Eiffel Tower for a little sightseeing on the way. Her anglais were tres bien. The manager was also very friendly and welcoming! I was impressed by the towels and linen. The bed is extremely comfortable and the comforter is luxurious. It's a great spot to crawl in at night and indulge in your favorite book.

Perfect location for Montmartre and access to Blanche Metro station for exploring Paris with the family. We had a family apartment with a fridge and mini kitchen area so plenty of room for all of us to be in but still part of the hotel. Staff always asking if they can help with anything about our stay. Highly recommended for a short city break.

Great location, albeit in a very touristy neighborhood, with lots of places to eat, very close to the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre and transportation, which is very important. If you love to walk, we found it easy to visit some great nearby neighborhoods and if you really love to walk (like we do) the Île de la Cité is in reach. We loved that that the street was pretty quiet at night. The room was clean and the perfect size for a couple. The literary concept was also appreciated, it connected our stay to the neighborhood and its history. We loved happening upon the Marcel Ayme statue in Monmarte and having that knowledge.

The hotel location in Montmartre is excellent, close to sites, restaurants and cafes. The room and hotel are very clean.

The breakfast was good.. The location was fantastic for the metro .. the local bars ..The Moulin Rouge ! The hotel is immaculate. The staff very attentive. The beds very clean and comfortable.

Good sized room, plenty of space to move around (not cramped) and good sized wardrobe for short & longer stays. We had a high floor and it was a nice surprise to be able to see the top of the Eiffel Tower too! Perfect location close to so many bistros, cafes, restaurants, bars, sights etc.
